the initial verdict was based on half the information at first it was a multi inquiry . the case was reviewed by evil semp . then the forth banned member came to light, then at a hard look into things more came to light , i think if all was presented at once there would be no doubt .looking into this matter if all information was brought forward like the time frame the 4 accounts were dumping points to bwana account [aprox 2 years ] the amount of games affected /points/medal points i am sure a vacation would have been handed down.

i submit that it started with a series of games with just the four but then it progressed into the four accounts in multi player foggy games . its been established that one person was logging into 3 accounts in October 2019 on 2 separate times who ever it was . this shows us what the original poster caught the 4 at least playing as one as well as handing games to the bwana account as we can see from the results . not to mention at least 10 other players in those multi player fog games came forward to back the original claim . we are asked to believe it was his grown children or if it was even him alone we all know now the truth ,to put it simple they broke almost every rule the site has paving the way for this to occur in the future. its all crystal clear here whats went down.

sounds like the lot of them have ALL earned a little vacation plus a ban on every playing with each other.

as well bwana lost several hundred points . but did keep medal points and to date a monthly challenge win for October 2019

i dont agree with it but accept it and foed the 4 and moved on .

Bwana, Fogernth and writergirl15 have received a WARNING and a BLOCK.

At this time there isn't enough evidence to prove they are multi's. They have received a warning for [take your choice] account sharing/point dumping/point collecting. All these are Major infractions but they will only receive one warning. They also received a block from playing any more games together, that includes team games.

Many of the games are standard games with fog. Playing from the same computer with access to other accounts puts doubt in my mind that you haven't seen the map while the others are playing their turns.

These speed games are some of the reasons for my decision.

below is the verdict .

As you can see the topic still not archived and no decision has been made about the October Challenge.

well in hopes of helping the player who is currently second claim the monthly challenge i ask you to consider this

it was a game in that challenge that brought this too light . the method of play was called out by op of this thread looking into the games there are more comments in game chat calling out the 3 members for playing as one . in October was as we now know one member of the 4 logged into 3 accounts on more then one occasion . if we take the combo of members comments like i have 3 assassins or i see a pattern here coupled with the accused admission one logged into the 3 accounts during the challenge time frame we kinda have to conclude that it was not won straight up .then all the sudden in 2 games we add the dlpoez8 account in the mix adding now a fourth account in the monthly challenge.

If these players are banned from joining games together, why are they allowed to join tournaments together? The current iteration of Ireland map in CC Map Masters tourney has both Bwana and Fogernth in it.

Why have they not been booted completely? Allowing them to stay after they've proven themselves to be cheaters is ridiculous.

They have played in 1 vs 1 games a lot...inlculding games...19369992,19369993,19369994,19369995,19369996,19370030,19370034,19370035,19370036..Guess who won all of them .…I know ,like in the real world court rooms...Lots and lots and lots of evidence is needed... to boot them permanent is wrong a short ban like 90 days would send message but to allow them to play 1 v 1 just opens the door for more of the same . this is really showing members hey open 4 accounts nothing but a warning will come. to log on to 3 accounts set multi player games impossible to play out and out right manipulate scoring system was bad as was opening multi player foggy games out right playing as a team is wrong TO CONDONE THIS BY CC CLUB is the big mystery to me .
