We have a Contact Form for Feedback Moderation via the FAQ/Contact page. When people report feedback that doesn't follow the guidelines, it gets removed.
I hope you can understand that with almost 19,000 active members, it's impossible to enforce the Feedback Guidelines unless players report it.
I just did a quick count, but I see that he's already had 6 feedbacks deleted from other players profiles, probably the players who correctly reported it.
So, in answer to your question, there has been action taken to prevent abuse and it is visible to everyone, just not advertised. I assure you that if he continues abusing his feedback privelege, that further preventitive measures will be enforced.

ummm....why don't you just put him on your ignore list and his actions won't have the ability to affect your game time. Out of sight, out of mind and all that jazz.

What's the point of advertising a password for a game you want to be selective with? That's kinda defeating the purpose. Add him to your ignore list and PM all the players the password and your experience won't be affected by bolle.
And how is anyone defending what he's doing? They're just providing you with quicker and more viable solutions.

I have put him my ignore list, but not before he ruined a game. If you don't read the club forum beforehand, you wouldn't have any idea that he even existed.(Most are here to play the game, not visit a message board)

If you don't read the forum, you can still read his feedback, its bad. Judge for yourself. Its the reason there is such a thing as feedback.

AND I cannot believe a bunch of the forum regulars are defending this guy, he clearly has constant intentions to mess up RT games.. messages in ingame chat during when he can take his turn
if you even care, you will start loosing members if you don't start a policy on what to do with his type of player
and don't give me a huge pile of BS about the block feature, I quickly joined his "RT game" in order to get a spot

But to expand: unfortunately, phpBB seems to be extremely limiting for message board software, or we're just getting gypped, or something, because the ignore feature we do have is obviously not part of the forum. yet, any board software worth it's weight in salt will have ignore capabilities as a basic feature.
The fact that some, such as phpBB and ezBoard, continue to survive without offering it boggles the mind.

I can almost understand doing this once or twice, but to do intentially deadbeat time and time again is just wow.
And to PAY a premium membership for 20 dollars to do this? Honestly, that is beyond stupid.
Why not spend that 20 dollars on a porn site, go to the movies, or some form of entertainment? Hell, get your mom to buy you a case of beer, or find a homeless guy to do this.
I actually pity the guy that his life is so devoid of fun in his life that he actually finds doing this to be entertaining.
