TO seems to have disappeared, this tournament is now labeled "Needing Rescue". Being a TPA tournament it can't be abandonned.

I don't know without map used by teflon who has what, how many regions, how are they connected.

That's why I sent the pm asking if someone has a map or has any idea how to proceed.

Had no replies so took the teams from phase II and made RR.

OK. Could maybe use W-L record in previous finals games as a tiebreaker or somehow put it into the scoring? So it wasn't just all a waste.
