Step 1. You fight your neighboring opponents 1v1 in a best of 3, home- away- random map. Rule 1. You lose then you lose control of your square, you win you gain control of his square. *NOTE- You lose all matches then you are eliminated! Rule 2. There can be multiple claims on squares (ie. the opposing player lost to multiple opponents. If there are no other claims (ie. opponent beat all players but you) then you gain sole possession of the square. In the event of multiple claims..... Step 2. All multiple claim squares will be decided by this format: 1 game per claim on each claimants home map (4 players= 4, 4player games, one on each players home map). Possession of the square decided by a point system. Rule 3. Point system: 4 Player Game 1st=8 2nd=5 3rd=3 4th=1 / 3 Player Game 1st=6 2nd=3 3rd=1
New Rules: Miss two invites and I will mark you down as gone and treat them as games lost. If this tourney goes on past a year or looks to be running on forever (2 players left and no progress made for 4 rounds) I will implement a "locked square" policy. Meaning: All best of threes will be final for that square. No further battles will be had over it. This will continue until no further battles can be made and the person with the most squares wins.
All good to go then. Any questions please feel free to ask. We will start this weekend.

i have a question about rule 2: are you saying that if i am in box 1 and have to matches if i lose 1 of them but win the other i lose my square to the person i lost to no fight in my square?
I totally misunderstood what you were asking- to answer your question again. If you lose vs. 3 people and win vs. 1 then you will get a slot in the final battle for the square.

Quite a busy round in the first half of round 3. Three people were eliminated (one never joined his games) and three more are fighting for their lives in the 2nd half. So here are the results, let me know if you find an error. Games will be up soon.
I have rescued this tournament I'll have a look at it in the next few days and work out where we are at. Just for info I am on holiday soon, so no games will be sent until after 3rd December
