President Bush should step down

How dare the Republicans put forth a candidate that can hold the highest office in the land. If Democrats were in charge, there would be no problems in this world. I can't believe that anyone in the US would actually even vote for Bush or any Republican candidate for that matter. Bush clearly took us to war in Iraq in order to get more oil and also to raise the stock of Halliburton. He is the pawn of the religious right.

Another update on our war against the fascist right wing fanatics: I saw a group of people going into a church for what appeared to be a prayer meeting. They were carrying Bibles as well. I know what they were really up to - planning and mobilizing for the next presidential election. I'm so sick of these self-righteous do-gooders telling us all what is wrong or right. Why don't they just all stay out of politics and out of our lives!

Stick together, comrades...we will prevail.

Bush has allowed the war in Iraq the overshadow domestic issues that need to be resolved. Medicare, Social Security, and xtra's favorite issue, Illegal immigration all deserve the attention of the president of the United States.

With his Guantanamo Bay, Abu Ghraib, Scooter Libby, Jack Abramoff, Cheney Hunting Incident, and countless other scandals and abuse, he has made America the most despised and ridiculed country in the world.

He has surrounded himself with synchophantic and loyal cronies who do little more than support his policy. Dissidents are eventually dismissed from the cabinet.

All I can say is, thank god there is a two term limit to the presidency.

It is a known fact that Bush was governor of Texas...Texas is a big oil state...there's oil in Iraq (are you starting to get the picture yet?)...Bush took us to Iraq and now oil prices are high...Halliburton stock went up...Cheney used to be the CEO of Halliburton and is still a major stockholder. We aren't and I know we aren't. Look at US history, Women got equal rights (full sufferage, among other things) first, then it was the minorities. So, first a white woman in the oval office, then a black man, then a hispanic, then a black women. (sarcastic mode on) Then after we've had one of each, an American Indian is elected and deports ALL other ethnic groups back the the geographical region they all came from. Had the media jumped on the movement to impeach bush (though its never really been that large in number) then perhaps its possible that there would have been move toward a change. And i also wonder if it would have been that likely to try and impeach two consecutive presidents.
