not to mention the bogrollers who play low ranks would be helped out because a natural 800 cook with a 1.5 relative rank could would be at 1200 and give the bogroller more points from the victory and it wouldnt hurt the bogrollers relative rank that much.
This seems like some sort of welfare program where low ranks who play higher ranks get a benefit for playing them by having an inflated relative rank and thus inflated score, while the colonal sitting at 2600 with a RR of .85 would be brought down from their natural level even thous they might regularly play officers of 2000+ and win.
