Round 4 will give people in the bottom and mid echelons of the Fun Contest a chance to catch-up big time since Florida has (1) a winner-take-all system and (2) a monstrous load of 50 delegates. In this round - while you are welcome to predict the top three candidates - due to the Winner-Take-All format it will only matter if you get the #1 choice correct.
ROUND 4 Date: January 31 Format: Primary --- WINNER-TAKE-ALL Delegates at Stake: 50 --- WINNER-TAKE-ALL Population: 19,000,000 Languages: English 75%, Spanish 21%, Other 4% Land Area: 170,000 sq. km.
