I've also gots one in my town. I'd say it's better than a 4-way stop.

Although there have been some rather interesting moments involving roundabouts. Very interesting.....

I've seen a grand total of 3 in my town, can't remember if I've seen 'em anywhere else. Perhaps when I went to San Francisco maybe.
