It's that time again...


Our third Presidential election (2020) is underway. The current president, Bonobo, and the four distinguished governors from each region, are battling it out in a 5-Player game on USA. The winner collects 2 points.

Well done to our new President [player]uk massive[/player]! He has risen from the Chicago region (again, another President from the Chicago region) and triumphed in the 5-player Presidential Election game on USA.

Also, Bonobo, the previous President, has gained another 4 points in succeeding in the Amendment Challenge. He has won at least 3 of the 4 1v1 games on the Senate map against the governors; this means he has "passed an amendment" in his term.

Note that the Amendment Challenge is the key way of gaining points, but is only available to Presidents...you've gotta make it to the Oval Office my friends

It's been 12 years of campaigning, 3 rounds have passed by, and we now enter the 2024 election, Round 4.

Here is our new standings board: again, players have been placed randomly into games.
Those players becoming governors are, as usual, exempt from the City map phases. The President, of course, only needs to take part in the Presidential election.

Round 5 has begun! Games have been created. The format remains the same: win your city game, and you play in the governor elections. Win the elections and the subsequent governor Debate and you make it to the Presidential election.

Well, while an "amendment" has in essence been "proposed" each round (i.e. the Senate games the President plays to get +4 points) I haven't made it a requirement to specify anything specific, it's really only optional. Besides, only 1 has passed thus far (which is why Bonobo has a significant lead).
