Tourney announcement
I am adding a rule that only effects the finals. I recently became aware that in a nuclear spoils game that if you attack a territory and don't end your turn(let the hour run out) you will not recieve a card. While not against CC's rules I consider this cheating and against the point of a nuclear spoils game.
So there will be major penalties for doing this.
1st time letting time run out and not recieving a card - negative 10 points(doubled if you have 4 cards)
2nd time letting time run out and not recieving a card - negative 20 points(doubled if you have 4 cards)
3rd time letting time run out and not recieving a card - eliminated from tournament. 3 remaining players will replay all games where infractions occured.
Example. If game 1 was played cleanly and games 2 & 3 had this occor then only the final 2 games will be replayed.

You should be. You'll see alot of him-when the Bulls are up by 25 with 2 min to go.

Bulls beat the Celtics!
holliswattad takes the early lead with 106 points. That may seem like alot but the winner of the next game will have a similar number if not higher.

Congrats to holliswattad for the victory in this tournament. He scored 199 points in winning the first 2 games. No need for the 3rd. Premium was given. I'll post who gets the 2nd chance premium in 3o minutes or so.
