If you can organize your tournament as good as you play this game, it will be a superb tournament.

I asked subjekt to substitute juventino for Group B Match 8. Read the pms below for details.

juventino wrote:
I am so sorry. I am in hospital. I have done surgery. I am trying to get people to play my turns. I cant play and join any games tight now. I have to fortfit those game.
I am sorry but it was a big surgery

I will substitute you with subjekt for match 8. If needed, also for 9 and 10.
Tell me, if you want to continue after you recover (you can take over the points of subject for substituted games) or if you don't want to continue the League anymore (subjekt will replace you for the rest of the League).

UPDATE March 11th, 11pm GMT

subjekt haven't read my pm yet. I will wait another 1-2 day and take the next substitute, if necessary.

subjekt didn't want to substitute juventino. So I asked roadwarrior now. Last option would be Austex. If nobody wants to substitute, we will continue the rest three matches of Group B with 5 players.

roadwarrior wanted to focus on his current tourneys.
austex substituted juventino for Matches 8 and 9 in Group B.

All Groups Matches 9 ready to enter.

I'm on a business trip abroad the whole week and have limited time to follow the games.

Please help me and pm the missing players in your matches, so that all Week 9 matches can start. :)

After all Matches 9 are started, I will create Matches 10. In my first post Matches 10 were supposed to be on map Senate, however, it has been not quenched yet.

Instead of Senate, I would like to play the new map Chinese Checkers. Please post here your opinion.

hmmm...why dont you put up a poll with some maps on it. Chinese Checkers looks ok to play, but i would rather play on like a canada or Greece or something like that...but thats just me.

I started a 2 day poll with three maps that have most number of countries.

Dear god please not chinese checkers.

Nothing against the map, it looks to be a fun time.

But a no cards game on a symmetrical map? We'll still be playing at Christmas. Imagine a build game where everyone has a triangle, and no one is strong enough to take someone else down... the mind recoils.

I'm not wild about the other two options, but either of them would be vastly preferable to checkers. At least there's the possibility of the game ending.

The 4 of you who voted for checkers should be shot. Trevor33, I'm looking in your direction.

yeah, its a good thing we didnt do a chinese checkers game. i can see it now. everyone takes a corner and then sits there. just sitting, waiting for an attack that will never come. Then the turn max is over and all the points are split. Very glad Montreal was picked.

Don't forget, that the League points will be given according to the situation after turn 45. So, some players may choose to eliminate others to maximize their League points, when they are close to round 45 in each match.

This is a League. :!:

Oh, I haven't forgotten. I think I've just realized that the slow buildup games that go on for weeks aren't my favorite kind of game. The building up to hundreds of armies and never attacking just seems so bland to me. But hey, different strokes for different folks...
