Clarification:

You may only claim or challenge one time per round

Claims will only be for a few rounds as all maps need to be owned. If you claim a map that is open that map is yours. You may not claim and then challenge. If you challenge you will have games to play and if you win that is your map. You can do one or the other. By the fifth round there will probably be no more claims as all maps will be taken(that is an estimate).
