The real question is can you manage to stick with it?

Impossible to say, and its irrelevant. Already half of the games are gone from where I was. I started only one speed game since, and have set in motion the ending of my various long term games, one of which is years old. I have only one game I may not be able to get out of, and may need a sitter for that one only, and check in on it. Other than that, I look forward to it very much. Im enjoying the forum till then, but have plenty to do after that.

As far as using superglue, I tried that once, and have a massive patch missing from my right cheek. Im gonna pass on that method this time. I was thinking of a taser set up to shoot if I log on to CC instead. Im sure ill need the computer for something useful after CC. It does do other things, right?

:( I am sad about this news
Fitzy is one of the nicest persons I met on this site. Thats why I dont understand all the people who are bashing him.
Better stop that and show some respect for one of the best players of this site !

Fitzy my friend...I hope we will meet again here someday and play a fungame together ;)

Well, i just noticed this thread.
After reading the first post, i was going to say something to the effect of damm shame you trying to sneak out the back door back into real life AAFitz, i for one am going to miss having you around as someone i can look up to. Now seeing the crap poored down, i would like to persuade you, but i am not sure if i could. Still, try to get back out here with the rest of us, i know i need you.

also the above post was personal and not endorsed as a mod. Mods are players too, first and foremost even, and second we are here to help. Even players have a though time staying cool under everything though. unpaid for a job that does take a lot of time and often abuse does make it hard to always smile. Remember that, and remember the good things.

also, tasers are not mans best friend. i'd rather get attacked by the dog..
Try and stick to a wife. At least when your muscles contract you know its from pure joy... eh did i just say that  :P

adiós captain my captain

Thanks, man, but dont worry about the supposed bashing. Any enemies I have I have earned in earnest. Ive had my fun on these forums from time to time, and accept full responsibility for it, and deserve anything I get, and wouldn't change a thing. I have without a doubt, wasted the time of many of the most negative players on the site, and that always comes at a price. Its clear some of that negativity has rubbed off in the process however, which is why its clear its time for me to go.

Sorry, Seb, but since their badge never comes off, they're ALWAYS "mods" first and foremost. It's human nature, get used to it: a cop in uniform is expected to behave like a cop in uniform, even when he's volunteering his time to help organize a parade.

His point was that he obviously doenst fully agree with my handling of the situation with Dako, and that he was only wishing me farewell. Thats why he mentioned the mod part, and obviously so. I do agree also to some degree obviously, since it was the basis of this entire thread in the first place. But Mods are players, they do have their own games and forum spaces, but they should always maintain a certain level of professionalism while doing so. They are always the image of CC, if not the actual voice of it at all times.

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of evil and the tyranny of evil men.

The path of the self-righteous man is beset on all sides by the inadequacies of his character, and the tyranny he bestows on other men.
