Someone already had that. I was thinking more outside the box when some people get silly in poker and bet 702 chips with it trying to act slick even though its suicidal.

The chance that the sequence 7-9-3 would appear was 1:1000, the chance that 7-9-3 will appear again (or something very close) is still 1:1000 today

It's like throwing a dice, if you throw a six, the chance that you throw another 6 is still (1/6)
