dcc1220 and I just split our first 4 games (a home win and a loss for each of us). Need a game on Tamriel (game 5 as he is top seed) and a game on Classic please (assuming it is 2-2-1-1-1 for home advantage).

Oilers won 3 games at home and 1 game away.
Canucks won 2 games at home

Penguins and Lightning are tied up at 2 with each team stealing wins from the home team. Currently in Game #5 and will need game #6 made up soon as well.

The Penguins stole the first two games of the series (at Tampa), and things looked bleak for the Eastern Conference points champion (tie).

But, through dumb luck and sheer determination - Tampa managed to overcome Pittsburgh's early offensive thrusts (went first 4 of first 5 games) and emerge victorious by not losing on the road. Keiths31 was a worthy competitor that I am proud to have faced.

Unfortunately, I probably have to struggle through against an opponent that I went 1-7 against in the regular season. My results on the road at Classic arenas were outstanding throughout the year (except in the state of Florida, 0-4).

If not for Invincible, I'd be 12-2 on Classic (including the 3-0 in playoffs).

I'm rooting for spidey and Great Lakes !!!

EDIT: I just looked and unless Invincible gets a miracle - spidey is going to win 4-1. I assume this means spidey heads to beanyuk and I get the winner of the ivoK/zsp (3/6) matchup?

The sixth seed pulled the upset and defeated the 3 seed on their home ice. I move on to the second round.

So Spidey, you'll be reseeding the playoffs in the next round then, so the lower seeds play the highest seeds, right? Just like the NHL does it?

yep serbia, that is correct. Also just a note to all of you half of the the first round of the playoffs are complete, with the New York Islanders defeating Montreal Canadiens in 6 games, Edmonton Oilers winning over Vancouver Canuks in 6 as well, And Tampa Bay Lightning going the distance over the Pittsburgh Penguins in 6 games too. The only series that has made it to 7 so far was the Colombus Blue Jackets beating the St Louis Blues. Good luck the rest of you on your first round games.
