I think GoT should turn over the other 3p. If there is a SK, that's my guess. If not him, I have no clue who is killing unless / and GoT don't have accurate lists of their members--ie there are scum on their lists (2 on each list mb?)

but wouldnt it make more sense to not give speaker to our party leader, so they cant kill the speaker AND the lib leader with 1 shot (with NK or otherwise)?
