if you have 640 players and the worst 128 have a play in game and half of 128 (being 64) are eliminated you have 576, not 512. you would have to have a play in game with the worst 256. Im not trying to be a jerk, im just trying to help since messing up such an epic tournament would be a shame. I personally think you should just play with everyone and half are eliminated and the top remaining player in the case of an odd number is giving a bye, but never the same player twice. so the second time an odd number appears you give the second highest score a bye or in the case that the previous highest was eliminated you give the new highest, but thats just an idea.
