It connects Central Indonesia.
For the next edition move the names of Colombia and Panama, I get them confused and its driving me crazy.

The thing is that there is a link on the map from Sumatra to another territory, which should be called Borneo rather than Brunei.
A better dinstinction should be done between Central Indonesia (which i would call Sulawesi) and Brunei in this map. I think too many people here get confused.

Its 9 armies total for oceania, not a 9 army bonus on top of the smaller continent bonus. You get the smaller continents plus some extra to bring it up to a 9 army bonus in all for holding the continent.
come on people, this isn't a difficult concept!

I really thought it would be funner to play. Though this maybe a thought derived from the fact that I got my go and the other 2 players had already established themselves on the board.

I don't think it effects play, but I was just checking out the XML and found a small mistake with Moskva: Finland is listed twice under the bordercountries:
<country>
<name>Moskva</name>
−
<borders>
<border>Finland</border>
<border>Baltics</border>
<border>Ukraine</border>
<border>Turkey</border>
<border>Iran</border>
<border>Kazakhstan</border>
<border>Komi</border>
<border>Finland</border>
<border>Norway</border>
</borders>

yeah I see the problem with brunei... It isn't connected and the cirlce for the amount of troops kind of blends in the border line of brunei.
Would it be at all possible to maybe darken the border line or shift the circle just a bit to the northwest or something?

korea to irtusk appears to have a connection, but it does not. Probably lost a game due to this, I think this non-connection could be made much clearer.
