I'll not be posting updates for this round as it's the finals and only one spot counts. You'll have to rely on others for your data.

Three players have already been kicked out the back of the bunch, will be difficult for them to work back into it from a 20+ point hole.

Viker now 40+ points back from the leader, pretty much dead in the water courtesy of playing spoiler early in a lot of maps.

Lot of big gaps, one clear front runner and two chasers. Other five are pretty much treading water with a 20+ point gap from the leader.

Think you can work out rough placings from that.

My second MB, great tourney great players, but sometimes there are strange plays, good luck to the winner, i have a good guess who will be the champion, finally just to say that í´m out from the race, can fight a player on personal war and get a chance to the win... GOOD LUCK

Still a little early to bow out Lisbon, you're still inside of 30 points back from our leader at the moment which is usually the cutoff point when I consider these things. Just need a certain someone to either stop playing silly buggers entirely or stop only messing up two of the players in this group. The whole silliness is really altering the shape of this group in favour of one player and it's kind of frustrating.

30 points is nothing in a tournament where the winner should have over 650 points. We are not even 1/3 done. Still anyone's tourney.

I totally agree Colson, in the semi's I was miles behind at this stage and came back to finish second in the group. I'm much closer this time around

Well that's hopefully the worst of it out the way for me, time to start working into the 20 point deficit.

Guys, my apologies for the missed turns. I have been on safari for my best mates wedding, and relying on African broadband. (Though the last two rounds have not been ideal, as those that have played through them will testify)

I hope everyone can believe that I didn't play through 6 months of this tourney to wreck it at the last moment for myself....This is without a doubt my favourite tourney on CC, and a BIG thank you to the organisers, and well done to my fellow finalists - it has been a real treat for the most part.

No problem jon, could be tactic but it made the round even better, great round, a little bit of everything, i have to say that if the wins were the point, the final score could be other, last time i won with less wins that colson, but i remember psilotum, with that game that is deploy and end turn, mixed some guy wrote but we have to play to win. So for me the champion of this great tourney that gives u the tour of the conquerclub´s maps is the guy that finish with most wins.

Sorry bud, but i'm not looking to make targets atm, with winner takes all it kinda ruins the suspense.

You know, I might be out in the cold but that doesn't mean I can't still play to win. I know it isn't great but I've gotten 12 wins in this group, and that plus the fact I even made it to the final group I think says a little something.
