Firstly, most threads have a start map on the front page so that players can see who starts neutral.
No, the streaker does not start neutral.
No it is not interchangeable.

I had a look at the xml and it does not have underlying neutrals, so in games where the territory number drop possibly gives the Streaker a neutral start, this does not happen...
it would always start with a player on it.

Remove batter negative deploy from cricket game
Remove batter negative deploy from cricket game
Since most people now have figured out that cricket is all about the bowler/controlling the field, it seems a little cruel that one of the ways back into the field thru 12th man to batter would cause the losing team participant to have no deploy. There really isn't any reason in team play for someone to hit the batter unless they're desperate

Re: Remove batter negative deploy from cricket game
Requests for changes to specific maps aren't really handled through the suggestions forum and should be placed in the thread for the map itself. That said, this map has been out of beta for quite a while now, so any further changes are unlikely unless the demand is rather high.
Re: Remove batter negative deploy from cricket game
gotcha well figured i'd mention it. i won't start a petition just seems like an improvement that could be made on the map after playing it for 3 years
Re: CRICKET: SILLY MID-ON
ah thanks for moving it over here. you guys are really on top of the forum subjects!
Re: CRICKET: SILLY MID-ON
Map bug.
Game 15733821
Slate started his turn with 3 troops on 12th Man. He attempted to deploy 3 troops there and the game log shows that he did, but the troop count remained 3 instead of changing to 6.

Sounds like you should post this in the 'bug reports' forum rather than here.
