I would like to be a mentee. I rate myself a 3.
I've played for a few months, mostly in private games with the same group of guys, and now I'm looking to expand into more public arenas. It seems I am out-classed, though.
My preferred games are standard - I keep it simple. Whether spoils are involved or not doesn't seem to faze me, it's my same blunt strategy that dooms me either way. My primary problem is pace and maintaining a lead, though overall improvement is my goal.
Anyone willing to toss a few crumbs my way? Thanks
Everyone's a 3, mentors and mentees. Everyone please stop rating yourself, its getting retard. You can read 5 pages in here and not find anyone who doesn't rate themselves a 3.
Anyway Timmy, if you haven't found anyone yet, shoot me a pm. I'll mentor you.
I think I'm a 3 too

I need mentoring.
I've played a few games, and it appears I may win my first game. But I typically get soundly whipped up on.
I should probably assume I'm at level 1.

I'm a Premium Mentoree!
I've played in about 80 games, have only about a 20% win rate. I need help on my strategy badly. I'm fine with navigating the site. I have premium (obviously), but can't get down a good strat for any of the games. I need a good mentor/friend to help me along. I am a quick learner, active a few hours a day, and I'm very friendly.
Edit: I would like to have a long-term mentor who can train me from the bottom up rather than leave me hanging at some level.
Second Edit: I have found a mentor, but would still appreciate any other help if you are open. I also need some more friend (ha, yeah laugh..) but people have been really mean to me on here because I don't play very well. I'm sorry, but I am a newb at this game, so please don't call me an idiot. I play this game for fun and I'm not serious about it, so give me a break that you lost the game cause I did a wrong move. Give me a chance, please.

Owkay, so how does this works?
I'm not realy new, I've played some games, tried some maps and all types of possibilites. I think I try a bit too much at the same time, I guess. sometimes it all works fine and another day I lose all the games

It might look like some bad luck, but good players knows that winning a CC-game isn't about luck...
So, I think I need some help...my score isn't growing that nice and just like sandstorm said, people get mean when they find out you're not such a good player. And, I'm doing this map, Flanders 1302, so I really need to learn some basic strategy if I want to do a decent strategic map
This program, does it mean you often play some games with this mentor? or is he giving you advice without actually playing?
cheers!

I'd love a mentor.
I think I'm a type 3. I can win some of the games I play, but I want to win more. I also want to learn team play.

i could be a mentor for feudal war any settings dubs..
my general skill would be a 3 i guess, but on feudal it would definitely be a 4.. (foggy chained esc or any foggy setting really)
also on new world its between 3 and 4..
explanation of skilllevels
3 - I can hold my own in most games and have played the top ranks regurlarly
4 - I consider myself a top player and an expert on strategy
EDIT; i would prefer someone with close to 100% attendence and also a password for that person in case turn is close to being missed..

Put me down as a mentor if you wish.
Going on the level thing in the first post I'm a solid 3-4.
I'm pretty handy at team games, so people wishing to learn them could consider contacting me.

I'm available once again for mentoring.
I'm between a level 2 and 3 player
My strengths are Unlimited reinforcements, No Spoils or Flat Rate spoils, and Sequential play order settings although I have done Freestyle and could give plenty of advice on it. I am on daily for the whole summer so pms are welcome anytime and I could do some demonstrations in mock games with one or many mentorees, although these will be limited due to me being a Freemium member. I play aggressive but conservative at the same time and know basic to mid-level real world military strategies that easily apply to Conquer Club games.

I need mentoring and would rate myself a 1. I've barely played the board game, just started one speed game with another new player (RL friend) and am trying to figure out things.
Regards,
flummoxed

I would like to mentor. I'd consider myself a solid 2.75...

I end up helping a lot of new recruits that come through the LiveChat already, but I suppose this is a more organized way to help.
