I never put that on Jota's. Why did it go off the Foundry page

I'm guessing because there wasn't really any need for that thread. No point clogging up the Foundry with posts about ideas when there's a thread for it.

Has a Song of Ice and Fire map ever been made or discussed?

Russian Roulette

Probably the most unpopular idea ever, but it would make for some quick games with high stakes. 6 territories so best for 3 or 6 player.

but the 1st player would get an unfair advantage?

Not necessarily. First player would be left with the option to take a risk and attack or to just deploy and build their numbers.

If there's any more interest I'll see about pursuing the idea once Conquer 4 is out of the way.

but russian ruolette is normally between two people and the unlucky one 'bites the bullet' so how would u do that, i suppose u could do 6p and have 1 continent... that would be interesting

That would be the idea. 6 player, 1 territory each, no bonus. I think escalating cards would be make it pretty intense. It'd work for 3 players as well getting 2 each, but I don't think you'd want to play 4 or 5 player on it.

what does anyone think of this idea? It is based on the Conquer club lettering. Each part of a letter is a territory, the letters could be divided up more to make more territories.

You get a bonus for holding either CON, QUER, CLUB or the Star. The black lines are links between the letters.

THIS IS ONLY AN IDEA, the lines are just randomly placed at the moment, and it should have better colours.

I do not have time to spend making it and i wouldn't know how to anyway, so I'm just hoping that someone will see the potential in the idea and run with it.

Pern is the setting for Anne McCaffrey's sci-fi fantasy series.
The Dragon Riders of Pern and more.
