Yeah, I'm watching all the networks, and right now even FOX is better than CNN.

FOx News just played a bizarre ad by Interstate batteries, about spreading God's love to the world?????? WTF???

Needless to say, being a republican, I am not a religious right winger. That is just a weird ad.

jbrettlip wrote:CNN?? Don't you mean FoxNews?? I am interested in the fact that right now th epopular vote is dead even. As my buddy Owenshooter emailed me and a few of my buddies, "you will find out what it is like to lose the election when you may not lose the popular vote. "

He may be right.

The popular vote isn't going to be dead even. And quite a few have won the popular but lost the electoral, so nothing new there if it happens again (which it won't).

I think the current tentative polling shows just how retarded the electoral college is.

Obama: 199 (71.8%) McCain: 78 (29.2%)

Obama: 20,090,440 (50%) McCain: 19,751,537 (49%)

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah.

Bush was fine all he did was not vetoe the bills. It was the Democratic Congress that did the damage. It was the least productive congress in american history. And Personally I dont want a president who wants to change the national anthem because it talks about a battle or who attends flag burning ceremonies. Thats not the type of person who we need as a leader.

Yes, this is it. Years and years of consumerism and soft imperialism, and now America has taken a turn for the worse.

Here is the Official Statement

unday morning last September, Obama stated:
"As I've about the flag pin, I dont want to be perceived as taking sides. There are a lot of people in the world to whom the American Flag is a symbol of oppression. And the Anthem itself conveys a war-like message: you know, the bombs bursting in air and all. It should be swapped for something less bellicose. I like the song" Id Like The World To Sing". If that were our Anthem, Then I might salute it.
"We should consider to reinvent our National Anthem as well as redisign our Flag to better offer our enemies hope and love. It is my intention,if elected, to disarm America to the level of acceptance to our Middle East brethren. If we as a nation or warring people should conduct ourselves as the nations of Islam, whereas peace prevails, perhaps a state or period of mutual concord between our governments,
When I become President, I will seek a pact or agreement to end hostilities between those who have been at war or in a statue of enmity, and a freedom from disquieting oppressive thoughts. We as a nation have placed upon the Nations Of Islam an unfair justice. My wife disrespects the Flag for many personal reasons. Together, She and I have attended many flag-burning ceremonies in the past, many years ago. She has her views and I have Mine.
"Of course now, I have found myself about to become President Of The United States and I have put aside my hatred. I will use my power to bring change to this nation, and offer the people a path of new hope. My wife and I look forward to becoming our country's First Family. Indeed, Change is about to overwhelm the Unites States of America"
Yes, Ladies and gentelman, you heard it right. This could possibly be our next President. I, For one, Am speechless. And cannot believe we the people are even considering voting him into the most powerful position in the world. his color of skin has nothing to do with it. I have no problem electing a black or female president. It is his heart, integrity, and patriotism I question...
