The Imperium Romanum Map has reached the
‘Final Forge’ Stage. I've revived this thread from the pits of the Foundry Furnace (okay, maybe not) and have examined the contents. Nearly every major concern has been addressed. If there are any other current concerns, please make your voice heard. If after a reasonable amount of time there has not been any objection or protest, the map will be deemed finished with the 'Foundry Brand' of approval and will be submitted for live play. As long as there is still discussion or posts that have yet to be commented on, the map will remain in
Final Forge until said discussion has reached the conclusion that the map has reached its final and polished version.

Much better...
Couple of little tweaks - Italia seems to be oddly spaced - and the A in Germania Infefior clashes the border...
Also - A some of the words are a bit "Wobbly" and not on a smooth arc?!
Otherwise this text is much nicer.

looking good, aggree that the text is looking better ... can you give us a brief on the nuetral situation ... and i like the bonus structure ... just wondering if the higher concentration of roman legions (and leven cities there too) to the right of the map is going to unbalane it at all - this includes the greater spacing of territories between the legions - ?
(+ if you hold ten roman legions do you get 2x the legion bonus of 2? ... i assume so, but just checking)

You can find these in page 1-gameplay options
You have 12 legions so these mean-hold 10 get 4,but if you manage to take 10 legions,then game is all ready finish

Yes i see what you say. Its look that these is problem with Photoshop not me. I take yours Book Antiqua,and its look that is not same like mine Book Antiqua(maybe yours is new,its look better),when is normal is OK,but when i skrech names to be like T H E S E,then some letter is move up,like letter O. I hope that these not present some problem.
Italia have same problem,creating these space bettwen L and I,why i realy dont know. I can put Italy to be normal,and space bettwen letters will be same.
Can you try in yours photoshop,to see if these hepend to you also?

I need asistent who will write XML code for these map(i will add coordiante),reward is not so big-signature in Imperium Romanum map. Who want to do that.

The east is a bit crowded, 4 flags for 2 borders, it'll turn into Oceania, I think that needs fixing...

(think you should make links for all the not-so-important maps there as it takes a long while to load) ... the poll showed 55% - 45% from 20 votes ... i like option B on account of having to conquer your power ... was there any decision made on this question?
also, can you please address for us the problem of all the legions together in the east? ... so we can have your thoughts before us, as i have a feeling whoever comes to the map page is going to be immediately wondering about this position.

decision is that people decide for these option.

Well you can not look in that way,because then you can find several combination with 4 terittories who have two borders:
Arabia petraea-Mauretania tingitana-2 borders 8 teritories
Lugdunensis-belgica-Britannia-2 borders 4 terittories
Arabia petraea-Asia-bithunia et Pontus-2 borders 14 terittories.
Mauretania tingitana-Taraconencis-2 borders 4 teritories.
You see you have many combination for all players,there is no need to every one move in East,and all these terittories with flags is neutral. In that way nobody have advantage to take 5 legions(these is old map and bonus whas change in new map to 5 legions),everybody start without any bonuses. In these map is not get bonuses to hold some part of map,you get bonuses to colecting Cities,Ships,Legions,Praetorians. But if many people think that these will be some kind of advantage,then this is easy to change-adding hold number to VI for bonuses

First you must take these neutral terittories,and second if you manage to hold all 4,you still dont get nothing,you need one more,and your oponent will not waiting to get that.
Any way,i think that its not so easy to take these 4 flags,expecialy when you have neutrals.
For oceania you get bonuses,but here you will not get any bonuses.

Because these is old version,and now you have new version,with some changes(graphicaly,and small bonus changes),but gameplay is same-all Flag,ship,city,praetorian and roma is neutral.

Aim start work on XML,but i want to give some sugestion abouth Civitates Bonuses(sity bonus),do i put to be directly on City(like in feudal war map),or to be deploy normal,to player decide where to put? What you think?

i reakon the city bonuses auto-deployed would be pretty cool .... as they are just +1 army, this would make an interesting feature not simply the same as the autodeploy in feudal and only a little closer to that in arms-race.
