Vanilla means you become the vanilla version of your alignment.
Vanilla town
vanilla mafia
vanilla werewolf
some communities have a vanilla third party role
Usually the only things that block a night action is a roleblock. A kill similarly does not block a night action.

A few things happened lately:
1. Only one kill last night
2. Ragian was vanillaised
3. There was one conversion
4. Kong's lie about the letter/message he received.
Can anybody see a connection to these happenings?

Mod confirmation that I have not been vanillaised.
You need to double check your facts there, Charlie.

Obviously, several things could have been at play.
- Someone tampered with Fusi or me sending the vanillaisation elsewhere
- Charlie is lying
- I'm lying (I'm not, though)
- The mod is keeping something from me

Oh shit...Charle got my name right last time. Two posts above I shouldn't have written "Charlie" then. My bad.

Can you elaborate on number 4?

This is a lie. I was the one who was made vanilla N2. What's the vote count?

I probably could have let this play out a bit more and finished reading before that but yes, I was made vanilla N2.

I'm wondering if since strike says he's made vanilla N2 whether it would be harmful any longer for strike to reveal what he did n1 and did or tried to do N2 and maybe what any remaining powers had they not been made vanilla would have been.
I don't know if it is naive to ask that, or would be naive for strike to answer.

I had no action N1. I had been asking a question regarding my role and didn't get back on to see the answer until after the night had ended. N2 I had intended to visit Ragian but was blocked as a result of being made vanilla.

Strike, there is no way on earth that I would have known that we have a Vanillaiser role among us, apart from that exact message I received back from the Mod(s) which I just copied and pasted.

The message I received from "B", clearly stated that only me, and 2 others will receive messages and that I am the only one that will receive them by PM. Obviously the other 2 must be the Masons (and Masons should please not reveal themselves), but I do not think Kong is a Mason.

Okay...this is starting to do my head in a bit.
Strike has been vanillaised, not me.
@Charle, is you saying that Kong is lying based solely on you not believing that Kong is a mason?

Yes, because Kong said somewhere he received a message (PM) and he did not, I am the only one that will receive it. I assume the Masons will get their messages somewhere on their designated chat channel as mentioned in the Additional Rules No. 1.

How do you know for a fact that Kong did not receive a PM? I have received PMs from the mod.

Look at the "Bold" part in the message I received from "B" below:
[quote="Charle"]
I received a message (PM) from Mod which said the following:
You received a letter in a big envelope from "B".
- Somebody was converted last night
- Under no circumstances you can trust D1 info
You and 2 others will receive letters from "B".
As Secret Agent you are the only one that receive letters by PM.
You will receive letters from time to time with clues leading to the identity of Grando.
PS. DO NOT TRUST ANYBODY!
END

B might not mean bishop.
It could be faction B and other messages could be from faction A.
Maybe??

Yes, it could be, I was just putting 2 plus 2 together because I am the Bishop's Secret Agent, so I would assume I would get messages from him.

You're the only one receiving letters through PM. Did Kong claim that his was a letter?

Another possibility and I hate the maths on this is that B stands for brother which I think would place you as the miller which I think would explain why I got the vampire result on you. I think millers don't know they are millers and appear guilty when not on investigation.
It would sorta fit a twisted sense of humour to have an archeologist able to dig up bodies except his own and so be searching for a miller he could never find.
I hate the maths on the above but I've thought it so may as well say it.

Maybe it stands for
Plan B. All those things happen only if Plan A fails.
Also Please Note: Besides not hearing from jfm, we have also not heard from Traf, who was
deliberately-recast because PMC was 'AWOL'...
PMC being AWOL is in itself odd, since he seemed to be a dedicated responsible player, ...but of course RL, does happen.
Overall, players are behaving really weird in this game, and I mean that at a level that would normally be considered
highly meta,
...or even non-game.
...Okay,
admittedly this is a fringe theory, but what if DDS' earlier departure into another
separate game/timeline was actually an arranged part of this game and at some point in the future,
perhaps do to a flavor-tread involving inter-dimensional wormholes/portals,
the two games will remerge with doubtlessly chaotic effect.

I know I voted Loose there for not enuogh crazy but this is not the solution.

Okay, fair enough. Let's shelve the Inter-game Dimensional Wormhole hypothesis, for now, and just focus on where the heck jfm and Traf are.
But when the village gets raided by a DDS-led commando squad, everybody better remember who called it right.
