I don't care if it has been discussed extensively before; it is hard to tell the continents apart and find out which bonus is where. If it will not be changed, I'd hardly want to play this map. Graphics isn't everything.

I like the colours and the legend.

If you can't distinguish between the colours, you need your eyes checked.

- I agree with Jafnhar.
This revamp is much more beautiful than the original, but the continents are all from the same color :o
If I had no idea of the geography of this region, I wouldn't be able to find out how many armies I can get for each continent.

- Same than Ruben : extending mountain between Syria and Taurus would be better imo :o

um.... the continents are labeled. so unless your color blind AND illiterate you should have no problem with this map.

thats not the case about being colour blind...But it is a point...I remember go forbid i say it Qwerts problem with colour blind people on his Jima Iowa map lol...

This is the same colour, just different shadings of it....If keyogi wants to pull it off he has to get it exactly right.

I would suggestsame colours but making boundry lines thicker with said boundry colour!?!?!

I think it's fine because the names of the continents are printed on each continent. Even if you can't trace the colours between the continent and the legend, it's easy to tell the borders of each continent on the map, and unless, as was said before, you can't read, you should be fine. I mean, think about other maps. There's lots of people who have trouble with territory borders on crossword, btu it's still a great map. I don't want to be mean, but if you can't read the legend and the continent names, how did you manage to sign up for cc to begin with?

look how many people lay crossworld.....

But for newcomers to the middleeast map this can be a problem..Put yourself in sumtimes else 's shoes....

If this map is not going to be clearer to play on why RE-Vamp...

I love the map how it is but it still needs that extra sumthing before its finalised

Why specifically do you find it difficult? The continents are labelled clearly and those labels correspond with the bonus legend. The shades of brown differentiate enough to allow you to tell that, for example, Sinai belongs to Egypt and Israel & Palestine to Arabia. There is also a thicker line on continent borders so that even if you can't tell the colours apart too well you can look for that and tel that the continent ends there.

At the moment you haven't provided any kind of constructive criticism. What would you like to see change (bearing in mind that the brown scheme as a whole has been very much approved by many many people). Thicker continent borders? Darker continent labels?

Well, I am speaking for myself, not others.

I have provided just as constructive criticism as any other here, the colours should be sharper. But people here are all: NO NO NO THIS HAS BEEN SAID BEFORE AND YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO HAVE ANY MORE OPINIONS, IF YOU CAN'T TELL THE CONTINENTS APART YOU'RE JUST ILLITERATE AND COLOUR-BLIND. Is that constructive?

Of course with some work you can figure the bonuses out but I am merely saying that it could be clearer. I don't deserve to get flamed.

I don't no if this has alreadt been said but I don't think the army number locations are the best they can be. They dont look that good being directly below the names but thats just my opinion. Anyone else feel this way?

The Luxor/Darfur border does look wierd. I know it's like that on the existing map, but since borders won't be changed would not some curvature be within the remit of improving the presentation of the map?

Not an essential change but it would improve the look of the Egyptian continent.

I have some minor XML adjustments to at least attempt and I'll look into the Antakya/Taurus border where it meets the mountains of Syria. I'm a little unsure what you mean Pimp.

KEYOGI, when this is finished, will it replace the old Middle East map or will there be two ones?
