MS Paint does not allow you to easily get the RGB values from the eyedroper but if you go to a another program or a web based editor like Lunapic you will find that the two squares are #787878
All of the other light colored squares in the top right / lower left diagonal are #CECECE. The dark squares around B all have a gradient.

I just cut bot letters in pain and put next each other (in MS paint), then i was like
