Okay co-ords …
Large:
G. East Africa - 1-2px left
G. SW Africa - 2px left
F. West Africa - 1-2px left
Port. E. Africa - 1 px right
Madagascar - 1 px left
Norway - a couple px down
Finland - a couple px right
Kazan - a couple px right
Omsk - a couple px left
Siam - 1-2px left
New Guinea - 1px left
New Zealand - 1px left
I'd also move the big "Horn of Africa" 1-2px right, just to avoid overlapping with the Somaliland 888.
Small:
Ottoman Empire - 1-2px left
Spain - 1-2px left
Austria-Hung. - 1px down
Germany - 2px left
Norway - 1px left
St. Petersburg - 3px left
Kazan - 2px left
Omsk - 1-2px left
Turkestan - 1-2px left
Irkustk - 1-2px left
Amur - 1-2px left
Same thing with "Horn of Africa" here, but 3-4px on the small.
I'm done nitpicking here. Cue Forza.

A million thanks to .44 - I took another look at the map with three digit coordinates, and followed about three quarters of his suggested moves, including bumping the Horn title over a bit.
Forza has given the thumbs-up on the code, so if there are no other coordinate concerns we'll get this one stamped and sent to the monkey's tree.

Besides this last thing, seems good to go by me

Is it just me or is "S. Asia" more opaque than the others? Maybe just the glow is? Dunno …
Great job, get Forza fired up!

It looks like a different colour from it's actual continent?! (Or have we already gone through that!)

Yeah ... it seems like more prominent, as well as purpler than the land glow.

Colors are exactly the same around the outside of the S. Asia text and inside of the borders. I had, however, failed to lighten the fill of the text itself as i had on the other region titles. Good catch.
Forza_AZ has already approved the XML, so its just a matter of somebody giving the coordinates a final look-see. Since mr. .44 has been so kind as to do the coordinate checking, i've deputized him to XML stamp it when ready.

Alrighty taking on my stampin' deputization here:
My list:
Small
Afghan, Cameroon, Kazan, Warsaw, Siam, Austria-Hung. and Ottoman Empire should be moved 1-2px to the left because of the border.
Angola should probably go up 1-2px because of the border.
Morocco, Spain, Portugal, and Shanghai should be moved somewhere from 3-7px to the left because of overlapping the border.
Same with Nigeria, but be careful not too far with the 888 because too far to the left means over the flag.
How about South Africa up and to the left, so it's not so close to the flag with 888.
Germany needs to be like 5px left to get off the flag with an 888. Same with British E. Africa.
For 888s overlapping with the bonus names, Sinkiang needs to be moved 3-5px left so it's not over "Chinese Empire," French W. Africa should go down 1px and 5px to the left so it's not over "N. Africa," I'd move Ottoman Empire up 1px so it's not touching "Middle East," how about Persia up 1-2px and perhaps over 1px so it's not on "Middle East" as well, and Somaliland should go 1px left, as well as maybe moving "Horn of Africa" 4ish px right so there's not an overlap there.
Ukraine can go left 2-3px, and Korea up 1px so it's better for the •••••• .
And a final thought: why don't you move the Port. E. Africa 88 so the split there goes right on the border like ( 8|8 )? Looks better.
Large
F. West Africa left 2px as it overlaps N. Africa, Iceland left 2px, down 1px 'cause it's on the border, Siam, Nepal, and Finland left 2-3px because of their respective borders (and mountains)
I know I'm nitpicking, but that's it. Basically there!

Thanks again, .44. Here's the work I've done and why...
Small mapAfghan, Cameroon, Kazan, Warsaw, Siam, Austria-Hung. and Ottoman Empire should be moved 1-2px to the left because of the border.Afghan left as is - I'd rather not crowd the left border since 95% of the timeit's just a 2 digit coordinate.
Cameroon move 3 pix.
Kazan moved 2.
Warsaw, Aust-Hung, Ottoman and Siam moved 1 each.
Angola should probably go up 1-2px because of the border.done.
Morocco, Spain, Portugal, and Shanghai should be moved somewhere from 3-7px to the left because of overlapping the border.Morocco moved 3
Spain not moved to preserve a clear border with Port (gameplay is more important than an army count touching a line)
Port move 2 (don't want it right on the edge of the image)
Shanghai not moved because as-is a "5" is only one pixel from the left border. I'd rather it overlap the right (ocean) border on a 3 digit count than overlap the left (terit) border on a 2 digit count.
Same with Nigeria, but be careful not too far with the 888 because too far to the left means over the flag.I moved it one pixel, but you're right - any more and it blurs the flag.
How about South Africa up and to the left, so it's not so close to the flag with 888.Instead of moving the coordinates I'll move the flag to the right, 3 pixels. I actually like the look of the flags waving over the coastline.
Germany needs to be like 5px left to get off the flag with an 888. Same with British E. Africa.Germany is trouble, because if it moves further to the left it will hit a four digit Netherlands count. Hitting a flag is better than hitting another count. Moved the flag over the right 1 pixel.
Also moved the Brit E. Africa flag 2pixels.
For 888s overlapping with the bonus names, Sinkiang needs to be moved 3-5px left so it's not over "Chinese Empire," French W. Africa should go down 1px and 5px to the left so it's not over "N. Africa," I'd move Ottoman Empire up 1px so it's not touching "Middle East," how about Persia up 1-2px and perhaps over 1px so it's not on "Middle East" as well, and Somaliland should go 1px left, as well as maybe moving "Horn of Africa" 4ish px right so there's not an overlap there.Moved: Siakiang 3, FWA 1 and 4, changing Middle East on the map to make the Middle lower.
Didn't move: Persia, as any move right makes it hit the border which I think is worse than hitting Middle, which it doesn't really do; a 5 or 7 n Somaliland already bumps the western border, so again covering a border is worse than covering "of."
Ukraine can go left 2-3px, and Korea up 1px so it's better for the •••••• .Done and done.
And a final thought: why don't you move the Port. E. Africa 88 so the split there goes right on the border like ( 8|8 )? Looks better. But then the border would go right through a 1 digit army count... there will be far more 1 digit counts than 3 digit counts. I'm opting to leave that one as is.
LargeF. West Africa left 2px as it overlaps N. Africa, moved 2 pix
Iceland left 2px, down 1px 'cause it's on the border, Moved left, but not down... down makes it hit the borders more, especially with 2s.
Siam, Nepal, and Finland left 2-3px because of their respective borders (and mountains)Finland moved 2 pix, Nepal and Siam moved 1 each because I didn't think they were so bad.

No problemo, oak.
umm, last comments … On 'Indochina', to the right-upwards of the flag there seems to be some yellow thing sticking out …

Also I don't know if this is some island too small for the magenta to show through but there's a brownish smudge below Sri Lanka…
And 'S. Asia' still seems to be more opaque than the others.

That would be an island... the hand of God has moved it and made it smaller.

Erm, that would've been a mountain. Don't ask how it got there, or in any of the four other oceanic location from which I've just deleted them.
