seeing that u need comments....
1) i dont like how the background looks like u copied the same picture 4 times and posted it 4 times
2) Alot of the territory names are hard to read
example: Gi_u, is it gifu? gitu?
3) The samurai sword under the title is a very nice effect
4)its gonna be a squeeze for most of the army numbers....
5) theres 8 shrines spread out across the whole map, so why not have it a bonus of 5 or 6?
or
6) maybe change the bonus to 3, yet have all shrines be able to attack each other?
hopefully more later

probably, unless the size is 600x600, but idk what the heighest width is now...

630 is max for small maps, but this map needs more than just an extra 30 pixels.

it's possible to create space by losing yezo (hokkaido) completely, rotating the whole map anticlockwise by between 15 and 30 degrees and resizing the result to 600x600. from comments in the thread for the feudal japan map, yezo wasn't actually under japanese imperial administration at the time.

making the shrines able to attack each other (with what - helicopter gunships?) is not only unrealistic, but makes each continent border too many others.

i think it looks hot though the bg could be nicer and you will have problems with 3 digit army numbers

Sorry but I do not have time to read it all, so here are some comments!
Names with armies are an absolute mess!
You should put the most of names in the sea and maybe put it all in capital letter.
Work with the 22 pixels circle as a basis for positioning your armies even if you do not show them at the end.
And never put an army across a border ! even sea borders.
You should deform the territories borders in order to get armies inside.
Sea routes should have a specific graphism that is different from sea borders in order to understand the connection
Shrine symbols are too small.
That leads me to main japanese problem: map size.
If you want this map to be the big one how the hell will you do with the small one!
You should absolutely work on the small one, solve all the problems and then do some great stuff for the big one!
If you still have the strength to go on, then courage you can do it!
