Unvote
1) it was a random vote on someone that decided to have a go at me when i wasn't available.
2) i made sure that he didn't have any votes on him
3) he did vote for a no lynch which could be justified to vote
4) if you read into my statements though I did state that his role could be in fact useful and as such wasn't really going to lynch HIM this day.

Sorry LSU, didn't mean to "go at you." I was asking the opinion of those that hadn't spoken yet. This is my first mafia experience and I wasn't expecting this initial lynching drive right off the bat.

Is all good. Like I said, it was a random vote and I just used that as the excuse to vote you after making sure you had no others. If you hadn't asked for that, I would've just used the old excuse of "vote the new guy" for my random first vote if they have no votes or at most one
Future reference on weekends many players struggle to go on as much.

When the mod gets tired of it and sets a deadline or people randomly decide to start bandwagoning on someone for any reason.

and he is trying to defend himself by saying that we shouldn't lynch him because he has a power role
This comes across more as 'newbie' than as 'scummy'.
@mpjh: I want to try to explain to you why we should lynch someone today, even if we're not sure he's mafia.
Every day, the town gets a lynch. There are now 12 people alive, of which only 8 are pro-town. The others are 3 mafia and 1 SK. That gives the town a 1/3 chance to lynch scum if they just randomly lynch someone. This chance will vary a bit in later days, but probably not by much. Every day that you force a no-lynch, you essentially give up that chance to lynch scum. You cannot rely on night-actions alone to find the mafia, because the chances are that those actions are directed at the wrong people, are blocked (or those people killed even), or those roles are in the hands of the mafia themselves. The lynch that you get every day is the town's most reliable weapon, and by not using it every chance you get, you are only making it easier for the scum.

I have automatic three week deadlines, so day one will end no later then January 24th. If a lynch is achieved before the deadline, we will go to night anyway.

Even though it's a "random" vote, it's pretty convenient for scum to off the bulletproof role day one.
vote Stroop
My role apparently came with the added power of my posts being completely passed over...
Uh, besides this, not much to say, there doesn't seem to be any info yet.
