frop isn't flaming anyone. the problem is, he is too clever for alot of people, and they assume that what is truly hilarious is insulting, when it is just over their heads and funny on a level they can not comprehend. frop hasn't flamed anyone in this thread and he surely hasn't posted a post by a perma-banned member, so i don't know why you are all calling for him to be banned... an eye for an eye won't make you feel better. frop didn't get t-o-m banned, t-o-m got t-o-m banned.-0

Ya, as long as it's not done excessively I think it's ok. Inkl0sed can't keep posting what t-o-m has to say for twenty days. But I think doing it once is not against the rules.

Alright folks,
According to the first post made by cena-rules, this thread is intended to be a discussion of why t-o-m was banned. It is not for discussing the legitimacy of whether other can post for a banned member, who is baiting who, and who should be banned next.
Get it on topic, or stay away.
The Lockerbots will start to roll if you don't get it back on track.

well, i for one know that twill is racist, hates puppies, trips old ladies, hands out apples and pennies on halloween, and is generally just an evil person. however, i doubt he hates or even knows what the TUC is... i know i don't know what TUC is... what the hell is TUC? and is this the official stance/conspiracy theory on t-o-m's ban?-0

He was banned for spam... We've been waiting for the mods to define spam for over 2 weeks now.

That's one serious paranoia complex cena ...
I've never really taken much notice of clans in my time here until I was asked to join TUC in the last week or so. Certainly I've never made a point of checking clan membership before moderating a thread which seems to be what you're suggesting. Even now I'd be hard pushed to list any more than two or three members of my own clan without resorting to the Usergroup list ...

Because of course it has nothing to do with the behavior of multiple members of your clan? No, of course not. Don't be naive cena-rules, you know as well as everyone else here that several members of your clan can be listed as baiting, flaming, and being general nuisances across the forums.
If you can't open your eyes to see that, and to see that t-o-m was involved in all those things, it isn't the problem of the public at large. I never had issues with t-o-m at any point, he's a nice enough guy, and we even had a fun battle between ourselves after he challenged me to a game on my favorite map.
However, he did push the lines on
many occasions, and he was warned as outlined by Twill. He suffered the consequences, and a "revolt" or "campaign" to get him reinstated simply isn't going to work. You know that, we all know that.
