If you miss 2 turns, on the 3rd you should get 3. I'm just glad I haven't seen it yet. THX for the idea. JK I'd rather play and try to win fair & square. This sounds like welfare! Not WARFAIR! (I spelled it that way on purpose)

of fucking course it should be changed.

91 % of paying customers think so as well.

of course the staff will blow smoke up your ass when u ask why its fair to penalize the diligent players and reward the dead beats.

because newbs use and like this option.

an what do newbs offer this site that premiums dont?

$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ when they may decide to buy a membership.

only solution, because the staff wont listen to polls and common fucking sense, would be to use and abuse this tactic and incurage others to do so until it raises so much shit that there forced to make the right choice regarding this matter. (if it bothered you that much)

<begin blowing smoke>

How many times are we going to have this discussion.

People miss turns by accident, this is a casual game site, not a hardcore check every 5 seconds site.

Sure, lots of people want it changed, but I promise you the number of people who don't care or don't want it changed outnumber those "91%" who voted.

People just don't vote unless they dislike something so polls are always skewed. And your sampling is way too small to make it an accurate reflection of the site in general.

We don't do it for the money, if this site was eager to make extra cash it would be MUCH faster and MUCH more effective to throw ads all over it or charge more than $25 a year which is a tiny amount of money compared to other sites like this.

If you use and abuse the tactic the only thing that's going to happen is you are going to end up on a bunch of ignore lists with a bunch of negs. Trying it would really just make you look like a complete dick and not gain you any popularity with anyone.

Anyhoo, the multiplied armies aren't going away. They are being changed a bit so that they are harder to abuse but aren;t going away ;)

Have a good one.

do you personally see any $$ from this place twill?

i said ""paying customers""

and if you guys really gave a flying f*ck you would take 5 minute to PM premium players what they want to see, and get one of your lackies to count and post the outcome and change the rules according to the vote.

but that would be to easy and fair for this site right?

THOUGHT SO!

carry on with your corn hole and the smoke show please.

Since the site management is so confident that most people want the deadbeat bonus, make it a game option and that will solve things.

The "minority" of people that hate it will not start/join games with the deadbeat bonus, and those that do want it will of course be able to find the majority of games that have it enabled.

And you'll have the nice side effect of not hearing that vocal minority constantly telling you how much they want to get rid if it.

So why the fear? Why the resistance to putting it in? Keep the deadbeat bonus but make it a game option and everyone will be happy by whatever logic you wish to apply.

Unless there is a different reason?

Hey that's a good idea. I find it annoying when people intentionally use missed turns to get a big stack at once and skew the games direction. It's a cheap tactic and delays the game while it's being performed. It happens fairly often. Sure this isn't a hard core game and people will sometimes have to miss a turn. That's the breaks. It's so wrong though the way the 'feature' is abused. It should be corrected somehow. This man had a good and reasonable idea that I support.
