Time for another update firstly we have crossed 5k points earned by all players with 3 players crossing 200 points ejw2127, igotaished and 300spartans with Devante being just 1 point shy

Anonymus being our most recent addition to the tournament isn't doing to well coming in last in both of the games they have finished Things seem to be running along smoothly and we have crossed the 1/4 mark just got to do it all again 3 more times

The next batch of games has been randomised and I will send out the invites shortly, we are playing on my home turf: British isles, then a bit further away and a different time? on three kingdoms of china, then popping over to Italy in San Marino and finally going back to 2011 to watch the women's world cup i.e. 2011 World Cup I hope I drop Japan as when I win will be historically accurate

Okie dokie all I have spent the time and have double checked all of the maps that have fully finished and fixed a number of mistakes that I have done in the scoring I blame people having similar names should all start with different letters of the alphabet/number!! hopefully there are no more but I will do a final double check at the end of the tournament So some players have gained a couple of points some have lost a couple

I have also tracked all of the kills and will continue to do so I think this being a terminator tournament that they should play more of a roll than they have been. So going forward each game there is an extra point available 0.33 per kill and an extra 0.01 for all 3 if you win by objective or round limit or if someone is kicked for missing turns and you don't kill them or the map kills them no bonus for you :p

You can see how many kills each player has gotten and the points gained from those kills in the spreadsheet. Hopefully this all makes sense but shoot me any questions if you have any

I have decided to replace Ertai in the tournament with ajnicol1973 due to ertai missing the invites and lots of missed turns so I hope they are ok but the tournament needs to continue smoothly and fairly

Batch 25 has gone out and those that have been in since the beginning have gotten to the 100 game mark still 39 batches to go by my count So lots of games to go Looks like 300spartans is the one to catch sitting 15 points clear of 2nd though with a game or 3 in hand over 2nd and 3rd. Also 10 points clear if we are just looking at the fully complete maps so if they keep up this pace will comfortably win the tournament but lots of games to go so we shall see

Sorry for the delay in new games going out I will be sending out a double batch today and a 3rd at the weekend to get the tournament runnign well, I do feel a little bad for Boow as they are still in 10 games by far the most of any players with a few people having run out of games so can't wait for them

I haven't randomised the maps yet so not sure what are the new 8 maps but you will each be getting 8 new games shortly good luck and have fun.

6 players have crossed the 300 points mark with the top 2 300Spartans and ewebasher comfortably above the other 4 with a 10-15 point gap. So those are the 2 to look out for in your games

I'm back... luckily we haven't run out of games again

The last Trafalgar game Game 23263004 may be the 2nd game to go to round limit as is at round 63 but I can't see through the fog so maybe it is close to wrapping with the last card trade in being over 4k troops

Continuing to dominate the tournament as we approach the 50% mark is 300Spartans crossing the 400 point mark and sitting 23 points behind 2nd place can any of us catch them (though I do have 3 games in hand so maybe I can close the 28 point gap I am behind )

I will be sending out a double batch of games today so everyone will get 8 new games not sure what maps yet so will be a surprise

Are the scores updated? I was just trying to see everyone's current position. And you said we are halfway done with total games now? Having fun with it and I hope I can get a rally going. I can't imagine I'm in first bcuz I keep losing.

I might be missing a few but pretty much up to date and yeah your crushing the tournament unless I have made some mistakes with recording the games accurately which I guess is possible I am not infallible. Maybe you are losing all the games not in this tournament but without double checking you are 42 points ahead of me in 2nd

Been a busy few weeks for me as I went a bit crazy and started 400 Whac a Mod games so didn't have the bandwidth to start more games for this tournament sorry. luckily we haven't quite run out of games I will be sending out a double batch of games shortly as a few players have played all of the games for the current batches

Unsurprisingly still at the top and looking to be impossible to catch is 300Spartans 42 points ahead of 2nd place so unless they have a disastrous last 20 batches looks to be their tournament win but time will tell if they continue to dominate

I have yet to randomise the selection of new maps so can't comment on what the options will be but with only a 3rd of the maps left to be chosen from we are coming to the back end of the tournament where everyone will then have played all but 3 or 4 maps depending on if the tournament lasts till Christmas map opens up

Okie dokie folks we are in the last stretch there are just 14 games left to be played, though the winner has yet to be decided it is likely to be 300Spartans who has been leading for a long time but all of their games have now finished and so they have a final score of 806.72 though 1 player is able to catch them if things go well. Plurple oh wait that is me... I need to win 2 of my 3 remaining games and come in 2nd in the 3rd I believe to sneak the win out from under 300Spartans.

Though I do need to double check 32 maps to make sure I have not scored anything incorrectly and wait for the remaining games to finish. I hope you all had fun and you can all say you have played all maps on CC after this except Colosseum, St Valentines and Promontory Summit

Look out for my future tournaments

It has been a long journey and while we have 6 games ongoing and 5 maps left to finish no one is able to gain enough points to catch our winner 300Spartans and while I was close I fell short by 2.33 points (I should have made each kill worth a point )

Over 254 games winning 97 and getting 288 out of a possible 762 kills 300Spartans who has been leading for about 66% of the tournament or about June of last year (I don't have an accurate track of this as could have been back in May)

And while I did get 1 more win and 8 more kills than 300Spartans I unfortunately was in 4th place too many times leading me to be in 2nd place in 3rd with a 34 point gap is Shoop76

So a huge congrats to 300Spartans and I hope you all thoroughly enjoyed the tournament and will consider joining my tournaments in the future now I am curious if anyone else is sad that the gauntlet is over? Maybe I should do a 6 player version of the gauntlet? or maybe I just have Stockholm syndrome

I will keep an eye on the last 6 games and plan to analyse the stats and will make a post once I finish
