You mentioned you will guide new players? I've never played this game before. What will guiding entail? (I don't mind being scum btw)

A good game requires that all players keep up with the posts and participate. This looks like a fairly large game, so there should be a lot of posts. If you don't contribute, then people are likely to think you are scum, or in any case not helpful to town, so you may have a higher chance of being lynched.

Pay attention to the rules. I was in a game where a new player was upset that people didn't believe he was town, so he posted a screenshot of his roll (Trying to get around the "Do not quote any PRIVATE PM's you receive from me." rule), and was mod-killed for it.

Finally, try not to take comments or accusations personally. Pressuring people is part of trying to find the scum. It's a game, so have fun.
