So the one game deciders will now take place

In case you don't know this new concept , here is an example

Hornets, Bulls , Cavaliers and Pistons are there in the East

Now , the winner of the Hornets - Bulls game takes the number 7 seed and advances to the playoff proper
The loser of that game , gets a second chance as they were higher seed , so they await the winner of the Cavaliers-Pistons game , the loser of that game is out.
The winner of the last game takes the number 8 seed

How are things looking? Any update on standings and who remains?

In the west , No major shocks as only the 4th seed / 5th seed match up went against the form guide , the next round is

1.Thunder. v 5.Grizzlies
2.Spurs. v 3.Mavericks


The East has ground to a halt as we are still waiting for the playoff game for the 8th seed to finish , The number 2 Hawks , number 3 Nets and number 5 Knicks are all into the next round , but will have to wait for number 1 seed Bucks to play that 8th seed playoff

Finally , the Bulls take the number 8 seed and will play the Bucks

Still waiting in the East , the West are onto the championship game , Thunder will play the Mavericks
