Or are we doing Top 2/ Top 4, etc.?

Wow...do you realize how impressively unbalanced that bracket is? You have 6 of the 10 highest ranked players in the first 4 slots. You have 8 of the top 10 in the upper bracket. There has to be a more balanced option?

That's called random If you want something seeded, you would need to run that tournament

I have info on 4 out of 16 sets. I need more PM's from participants and sent out a reminder.

I'll be creating the games that I can today at some point, so for the ones who submitted something and your opponent has as well, you'll be getting invites

I'm hoping the rest of them come today, I'll create games all day today. I'll be gone all Saturday, so any stragglers will be created on Sunday.

Anything past Sunday is considered very very late.
