You should’ve been given an exemption and moved into the first division based on being a CC finalist.

He was in TOFU for a very long time.

I would bet none of us in the top division pay all that much attention to the bottom half of the bottom division. Someone from the bottom division should win this prediction competition. I just take clans that are returning from taking time off from CL (LHDD) or clans that were in the top division (recently relegated) and put them at the top of the bottom division. The others I put in any order without giving it any thought.
