So in a CYOC game are role names known at the beginning? Since they're random, they don't seem like they would be clues anyway.

I don't know mate, I reckon I could figure out roles or at least alignments based on role names.
"The happy potato" would probably be a good guy, whereas "The Evilest Potato" miiiight just be scum.

Unless that's what "HRRRRN" means, in which case she votes for herself because she's a potato incredibly frequently, and very, very rarely at times where to do so would make any sense whatsoever...
