I got the crests from the Premiership website, and since Derby weren't in the Premiership last season they don't have a crest yet. The two other promoted teams, Birmingham and Sunderland were both in the Premiership 2 years ago, so they're crests were still about from then.

Derby's crest should be on the website by August, when the Premiership season begins.
