However, if we go with [player]jesse breck[/player], who is at the top of the page that says it starts at 650,000, then tigerbob wins by one minute! But I'm not certain which is right, because when I looked it says 650,011 members and there were only ten on the last page, indicating that the last person on the previous page should be number 650,000. Unless anyone has further insight, I would think this should be a tie (of course, Tee Gee has final say!).

While benji was indeed the 650000 account to sign up for the site, it doesn't take into account a number of factors. The 650 000 member is the one that appears on the bottom of page 13000 on the members list and is a true reflection on new user sign ups.
