I think I have an idea to make it one step farther! More like a Veto process. Suppose each clan has to make 5 Quads in a particular set. You can have them actually make like 8 quads and have the other clan veto 3 and choose not to play them! Banning the right games could decide the war!

Edit: That would make things tough if you were trying to meet minimum games to earn a medal for a player but they keep banning that player

But for war purposes I like it
