Why you put 6 tims from England and from Italy you have only 1 tim.
You can try to create Europe Champion league with more diferent country.
Put limit for country limit to 2 tims, and everybody next who present country what have 2 tims from 1 country put in uefa cup.

And there are teams from all over the europe.

i look first page and of 32 tims, he got only 15 diferent country(Europe have over 50 country).

You are going to uefa cup if you don't pass first round. It is simple as that and it is written on the first page if I don't have false memories.
