I don't see where we agreed on a card status. Perhaps I missed it.

I propose that the team that didn't choose the map chooses the card status.

I think flatrate is the fairest way to go.

Escalating cards usually put the entire game in the hands of one person, and no card games can take forever.

Edit: I thought I mentioned flatrate earlier.
