Just curious... why only freemiums need 99% while for premiums there are not requirments about that(so one premium with 10% could join)?Because the effect is the same isn't it?

because that is the only measure of reliability available to me. I'm sorry if people deadbeat, but I don't think it's my job to moniter that, my job is to get everyone in the games. Premiums can always join games, freemiums can't. I'm hoping that if you take all of your turns that means you are reliable and will have a game slot open when you're supposed to.
