After each down there is a 40 second period where the play is picked & the formation is set, if you do not do it in these 40 seconds it is a penalty. Like I said, I learned from being on the track & experience that it is harder to run 15 100 meter sprints than to run 2 miles

Strength - You need enough strength not to be pushed around and to stand up against shoulder barges. Football dusn need steroid pumped nitwits. Also, inf ootball every player still needs to be athletic so they dont just put all their energy into eight training and strength.

Discipline - If someone goes in the wrong spot it can badly hurt. A defender in the wrong place, or who dusn listen to the keeper/captain, can leave a player open to easily score.

Vision - Losing defenders is one of the hardest skills for a striker. Choosing which person to pass to, and which one is the best choice is also important, especially for midfielders.

Obviously 15 x 100m sprints are hard, but footballers do not jog the whole game. They sprint loads of times, and then they do not get a "40 second" breather, they have to turn around and go and defend again. AM Football players get continual rests, whilst football players dont get any rest. Its sprint, jog, jog, sprint, sprint, jog. Thats harder then sprinting with rests inbetween.

Chargers, Since LT was drafted, it was the Colts and Manning and Freeney as well but I dunno not so much anymore. Packers will ne good in a couple years.Need a QB after Favre though
