The Patriot Center has long been George Mason's fortress, having gone 123-21 over the past 11 seasons - all of this coinciding with the reign of Mason legend Jim Larranaga. This year may prove to be no different under the stewardship of Aesop Jones, having now won two in a row to begin the 2009-10 season. The Patriots' latest win, a ten-rounder over visiting Dartmouth (
Game 6029341), only served to reinforce their legendary home court advantage.
"The thing is, historically, we're even better against our conference at home," Jones said in a post-match interview. "We've gone 85-10 against the CAA here in Fairfax, but every win counts. Our goal is to make the NCAA tournament every year, and nothing's going to stop us from our goal. Well. Maybe Waterloo."

Just for the information of all RedBaron0 will be inheriting Louisiana Tech and hopefully will bring it some glory. So for those of you waiting to play a game against Tech you will soon have an opponent.
I also am evaluating other members whose activity is lacking in terms of joining games. So if you are waiting for someone to join just be patient. The good news is we now have three reserves and may soon have another.

All games from November 17 and 18 are out. I'm going to keep doing two days at a time for a few more batches, and then I'm going to go to three - most college teams only play once every three days, but I played around with the schedule a lot for the first couple of weeks of the season and I don't want to be too quick for the freemiums

Note that many games in the early-going are part of mini-tournaments, and are on neutral courts

We have two new members in the tournament as we had two inactive teams in Georgia and Standford. Unfotunately, I had to replace them so we could move on with the games. Taking over Georgia management will be Jozza. Taking over for Stanford will be dreams4insomniac. So for those teams waiting for Georgia and Stanford to join you will soon have an opponent.
