Hi
I'm randomly playing games at the moment and my stats suggest I'm doing OK. I've had a few inspired moves, but in reality I've grabbed a few cheap wins - taking advantage of people dropping out things like that.
I know I'm making a lot of basic mistakes and would like to get a more solid all round game. Am I eligble to join?
Cheers
pont

Hi, I'm werealldevodad, played risk a lot but only the board version or against a computer. Finding out that on here the tactics are different and would like to improve. Sometimes I finish a move in what i thought was a game just getting started only to return a few hours later and find it already won!!

Hello everybody!
I'm rather new here, I've played CC for 12 days, and I would like to join the Society of Cooks. I've finished 5 games and just won the fifth one and my rank jumped from New Recruit to Private 1st Class. And I would really like to learn more about tactics, strategies and game types while I'm still quite new (and not bored by losing game after game) and see if and how combinable my own ideas are with others.
Thanks in advance!

Hi! I was introduced to this by a co-worker and had never played Risk before. Now its spread like a virus around the office and I'd like to stop losing all the time =)
I have a hard time on the more classic style maps with no\few choke points and I always have no clue what to do in a large 8 player game where my initial troops are scattered all over the map!
Office games are always Terminator, flat rate, no fog, chained. so I try to keep within these rules when joining public games as well. Now that I have gotten my first promotion I look forward to having a larger list of public games to join =)

I will put you in a classroom so you can look at how to best start out in a game. Read the PM i am sending and the stickies in the classroom. You will be unable to join the terminator games we teach until you have completed 5 games here at CC. But you can follow along in other games until you can post your own to be helped with.
