The order that I have witnessed in other games (not here) is
Sk > Mafia > Vig
In this game the order was:
Day - Sk (Xen) > Mafia Vig (cena)
Night - Godfather (Koesen) > Town Vig (Chaimpie)

It's not a complaint, just a remark. On this site, most people make the killings happen simultaneously. But as the mod, you make the decisions
