The Club connected sharply with pancakemix’s head. He collapsed lifeless onto the floor. His spirit, now outlined in a strange blue watched as his murderers made a break for it and disappeared into the night.
“Damn” he said
“INDEED” came the ghostly reply
“So… um what happens now?”
“I BELIVE YOU LOSE”
“Oh”
Back in clay street Big Marble (AKA Wisse) and Brick (AKA sheepofdumb) broke out a canister of Slab. Even without their leader Chrysoprase (AKA Syzygy) the Troll Brecca Mafia had taken the city and now could Begin a new chapter in Ankh-Morpork’s history
Ankh-Morpork was good at beginning new chapters
In the mended drum the atmosphere was less exited. Moist von Lipwig (AKA Anarchy Ninja) and Mr Boggis of the thieves guild (AKA alex_white101) as the only remaining civic leaders looked at the empty beer mugs forlornly.
“Well, it could’ve worked”
“But it didn’t”
They both looked down at the bar again.
Pancakemix-Foul Ole Ron (townie) has been killed
