Well played, town. I think Son!c has evolved his gameplay really impressively. EW touches upon a vital part of his play. However, you did rub me the wrong way D2, Son!c, when Charle had "ticked all the boxes" and getting you to elaborate on those boxes were like trying to get money from Scrooge

I assure you that this resort is currently privately owned and is being built with legitimate funds.
I might be able to keep it that way for the duration of guests stay.
